As a Sales Director at Doo Group, you will:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the commodities and forex industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
  • Provide expert guidance on leverage, initial margins, maintenance margins, and market-to-market procedures, helping clients manage their risk effectively.
  • Ensure the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales team members inline with company’s vision and goals.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for management, offering insights into performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
