Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any relevant fields
- Must have exposure with IT and/or HR product & services in general (Training, outsourcing, headhunting)
- 5-8 years’ experience as B2B sales professionals with excellent track records
- 3-5 years’ experience as team leader
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed individual and company sales target
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and coordinate with other relevant teams
- Confident, diligent, strategic, empathetic, persistent
