Location: North Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of channel strategies that align with the company's business goals
  • Conduct market research, identify and evaluate potential channel partners, distributors, resellers, and retailers. Assist in the onboarding process to expand market reach.
  • Monitor and track the performance of existing channel partners, assisting with the analysis of KPIs to ensure objectives are being met.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to help gather data for sales forecasts and demand planning based on channel insights.
  • Help track and analyze sales performance across different regions or channels. Provide regular updates and reports to the team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the training of sales teams and area managers to enhance their skills and meet sales targets. Assist in monitoring KPIs for the sales team and suggest adjustments to improve performance.
  • Assist in aligning sales strategies with market trends and consumer behavior, contributing to trade marketing initiatives when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • 1-3 years experience in sales management, especially in channel development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in developing SOPs and managing KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta
