Business Intelligence Functional Analyst
The Business Intelligence Functional Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BI and data solutions. The role requires extensive data ops, data analysis, data process, report creation, and the development of dashboards to provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
BI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within the BI solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of BI tools and systems.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions. Champion data quality, integrity and reliability throughout the department by designing and promoting best practices.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a BI Analyst role or similar. Fresh Graduate are welcome. Proven experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or others. Proven experience with Cloud sevices AWS, Snowflake, or others.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is a plus.
