What Will You Do

  • Lead & Optimize Group Hiring Processes across all countries– Develop, and refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and ensure the Talent Acquisition is optimized to support the business.
  • Manage Our ATS (Lever) – Ensure smooth operations, maintain integrations, drive improvements, implement best practices, and drive adoption across the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
  • Drive Data-Backed Insights – Lead Talent Acquisition data integrity, create and maintain recruitment dashboards, analyze key hiring metrics, and provide strategic insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Enhance Operational Excellence – Develop and implement processes and projects that streamline recruiter effectiveness, improve candidate experience, and support hiring goals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with TA, HR, business leaders and external parties to ensure seamless hiring operations and alignment with company growth.

What Will You Need

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR project management.
  • Strong background in managing ATS (Lever or similar systems), including optimization and reporting.
  • Experience in project management, process improvement, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret hiring data and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with recruitment compliance, best practices, and employer branding strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
