Personal Assistant to Chief Business Officer
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) in Indonesia to provide vital support in business coordination, project follow-up, and procurement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CBO and contribute directly to key business strategies and operations. Your role will focus primarily on business coordination rather than traditional secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· People Skills & Communication: engage with customers, suppliers, and other third-party entities
· Procurement & Negotiation: Navigate local supplier relationships, manage procurement processes, and negotiate competitive pricing.
· Calculation & Analysis: Interpret cost pricing from multiple sources, apply formulas, and accurately calculate financials to present feasible projection of potential business.
· Reading Comprehension & Summary Organization: summarizing key points, risks, and opportunities from related documents and present them to CBO.
· Secretarial Support: Manage the CBO’s schedule, coordinate travel itineraries, and assist with administrative tasks in daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or related fields.
· Graduated with honors from one of the top universities in Indonesia or abroad.
· Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in marketing or procurement, or as a Personal Assistant to a C level or director level.
· Deep understanding of the local culture and business practices in Indonesia.
· Effective Multitasking Abilities
· Fast learner
· Willing to travel abroad
