We're now scaling up, both locally & globally, and need Assessment Solutions Team Lead to work under the guidance of our Product & Solutions Lead and CEO. We’re a B2B SaaS/PaaS business selling into 7 segments, including talent acquisition, talent management, university student admissions and now extending to MSMEs. You’ll get great coaching and support and be working in a team of people focused on high-performance.

We serve global brands and our business is category leader in Southeast Asia. Examples of our clients are Astra Group, Telkom Akses, Sampoerna, KornFerry, BSNP, Kompas Group, NTU, National University of Singapore, Australia Awards, HomeCredit, BCG, Nestle & more. We're remote-first with teams across Java, Bali & Australia.

About This Role

As our Assessment Solutions Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Support clients in assessment design and implementation using our platform and partners.
  • Maintain awareness and connection to global best practice, leading practitioners and promote best practices to key stakeholders in Indonesia.
  • Support the CEO & People Operations & Culture Lead in building our team and culture.

Requirements We’re Seeking

  • Significant experience with Assessments and IO Psychology consulting.
  • Have a good understanding about the end to end HR processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering consulting solutions across Southeast Asia, preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including Sales, HR, and Product teams.
  • Ability to present results to technical and non-technical audiences, and executive audiences.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations in the Assessment Center industry in Indonesia.
  • Good command in English and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good communication skills and able to work as a team as well as individually.
  • High integrity and ability to work with low supervision.
  • Must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, often joining video meetings.
