Job Objectives


  • Support the CDZ department operations in the East Java area


Job Duties


  • Prepare PIB creation and calculations and ensure correctness and timely processing.
  • Maintain contact and correspondence with consignees to address incomplete or missing documents for PIB and keep them informed of cargo clearance status.
  • Define HS (Harmonized System) code/numbers for customs classification.
  • Be responsible for EDI transmission and customs responses.
  • Monitor and update cargo clearance status.
  • Monitor and coordinate the delivery of goods.
  • Maintain log books and job files.
  • Prepare reports on customs clearance progress/status
  • Communicate any special requirements to consignees (if any).
  • Resolve shipment/cargo problems (e.g., pilferage, damage).
  • Monitor the collection of documents from third parties.
  • Input clearance status progress data into the CDZ tracking system.
  • Comply with QHSE procedures and regulations
  • Actively participate in all QHSE program


Job Requirements


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customs operations.
  • English Fluency both in writing and speaking
  • Computer Literacy is a must
  • Results-oriented mindset without compromising respect for others.
  • Has all technical competencies required by the position
