We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling proposals, generating accurate quotations, and delivering effective presentations to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal Creation:
Create tailored, persuasive, and visually appealing proposals that align with client needs and our services by collaborating with internal teams for necessary information.
2. Quotation Creation:
Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotations based on client requirements and company pricing structures by working closely with finance and operations teams to ensure feasibility and sustainability.
3. Client Presentations:
Prepare and deliver tailored, engaging presentations to clients using verbal and visual techniques to highlight our services, solutions, and value propositions.
4. Client-Facing Activities:
Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships through regular communication and meetings, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, with a focus on sales.
• Previous experience working in an agency environment (digital marketing, KOL, or related fields) is highly preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for creating accurate quotations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
