- Develop new accounts, expand product range and usage that focuses on exceeding sales growth.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): presentation, interpersonal, negotiation
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate/General or equivalent.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to juggle multiple, account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication, analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
