We are a digital marketing agency from Finland and we´re now looking for a freelancer marketing assistant from Bali, Indonesia. We provide digital marketing, website development, and optimization services to our clients and you would be helping us with various tasks within these services. If the collaboration proves successful, co-operation can continue for a long time.
Content of work
Website updating
- WordPress content: Updating WordPress websites for my company and clients. Adding and editing content. Designing visual and textual content for websites.
- WordPress technical: If enough skills, also editing WordPress features, making technical adjustments and updates. (Not necessary)
- Shopify: Creating product pictures and texts. Adding them into a Shopify store. Also updating webshop layout and features.
Social media
- Managing and updating social media profiles (Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest)
- Planning and creating social media posts
- Creating and optimizing Ad campaigns or just ads in Meta Business manager
Canva
- Creating and editing pictures
- Creating and editing ad graphics
- The ability to produce visually appealing and professional content is essential
Web Analytics and reporting
- Analyzing Google Analytics, Google Search console, Google Ads, Pagespeed insights, Meta Ads, etc. data and making reports and recommendations to customers.
Mixed work
- Assisting with various everyday small company tasks
- Project management
Requirements
- You must be a freelancer, which means you´re capable to send us invoices through your own company or trade name.
- You must live in Bali and be able to work with our team member in Bali at least 3 days a week. We´re ready to pay your Coworking space costs.
- At least some experience with WordPress, especially for editing and updating website content
- Experience with Google Ads. Display and search ads. (At least basic knowledge)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently handle small and diverse tasks
- Experience with Canva and the ability to create high-quality graphics and videos (portfolio or other proof of work required)
- Experience managing Facebook pages and ads, including content updates and ad creation (At least basic knowledge)
- English proficiency to ensure effective communication
- At least 2 years of experience in most of these.

What i offer
- Full time freelancer work (37,5 hours per week / 5 days a week)
- Compensation: Salary starts from 7000000 IDR per month. Salary depends of the level of experience and skills. For professional level freelancers we pay more.
- Payments will be done once a month through invoicing or a freelancer platform.
Freelancer contract
Work is done through freelancer contract. You have to have your own company or trade name and be able to send invoices to my company.
