Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing team of Marketers to help achieve company top level goal
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to include budget considerations, site goals, and forecasts for appropriate activities.
  • Perform Data Analysis to analyze and evaluate marketing spent effectiveness across all channels such as Offline, Online, Social Media, SEO, SEM.
  • Translating data into business insights and decisions.
  • Develop Campaign Framework by identify campaign objectives and timeline, establish a central theme, set overarching goals and budget, break down targets, and allocate responsibilities to cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities continuously, conduct competitor analysis and recommend new opportunities or adjustments to tactics as needed to stay competitive.
  • Integrate internal data, market research, and feedback from sellers and buyers to uncover actionable insights that can unlock new growth opportunities or enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a knowledge hub, partnering with Business Development teams, the Creator team, and others (including Product Managers) to design and execute cohesive, impactful campaigns.

Job Qualification:

  • Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in growth/demand planning, strategy and planning, or consulting in FMCG
  • Experience in managing Digital Media campaign / account (App Install, SEO, SEM, Facebook, Twitter) is a plus
  • Proven expertise in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, including developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating teams effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and apply learning for continuous improvement.
  • A results driven, independent thinker with superior numerical, analytical, and financial / economics / accounting skills combining with strong marketing insight.
  • Familiarity with the customer journey and hands-on experience with data and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and maintains a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to articulate marketing strategies and plans clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
