  • Proficient in MS Office, inventory systems, and QC processes
  • Strong data analysis, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Strong teamwork and coordination with Finance & Operations

Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and optimize stock levels using FIFO/FEFO
  • Ensure material quality, organize storage, and resolve stock issues
  • Oversee stock allocation, procurement, and supply flow
  • Maintain inventory records and manage vendor data
  • Propose efficiency, quality, and inventory control enhancements
