As an Inventory & Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, inspecting raw materials, and ensuring efficient inventory processes to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- S1 Management/Logistics, 1-2 years in inventory/QC (F&B preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office, inventory systems, and QC processes
- Strong data analysis, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Strong teamwork and coordination with Finance & Operations
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and optimize stock levels using FIFO/FEFO
- Ensure material quality, organize storage, and resolve stock issues
- Oversee stock allocation, procurement, and supply flow
- Maintain inventory records and manage vendor data
- Propose efficiency, quality, and inventory control enhancements
