  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and familiarity with L&D technologies.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and talent development across various functions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive L&D strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and effectiveness.
