- Perform library preparation, quality control, and sequencing runs using Illumina platforms (e.g., MiSeq, NextSeq, NovaSeq).

- Supervise the team’s experimental procedures and data analysis activities and adherence to high quality standards in NGS work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in NGS laboratory work (academic or industry setting).
- Strong background in NGS library prep, sequencing, and data interpretation.
- Expertise in Illumina sequencing platforms (MiSeq, NextSeq, NovaSeq, iSeq, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with PCR, qPCR, electrophoresis, and nucleic acid extraction.
- Proficiency in NGS library preparation techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a research environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
