Job Description :

  • Maintain and update inventory records, including physical counts, valuations, and cost calculations
  • Analyze and reconcile inventory accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation of cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations
  • Prepare journal entries related to inventory transactions
  • Execute production process in Accounting/ERP system
  • Assist with the monthly closing process, including preparing, adjusting entries, and reconciling accounts
  • Analyze and report on inventory variances
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures and systems
  • Provide support to other accounting functions as needed

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Accounting Staff, previous experience in handling Costing & Inventory will be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, focusing on cost accounting.
  • Knowledge of costing methods & COGS calculation
  • Experience with manufacturing process in ERP system is an advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting software if worked on Zahir or even SAP and other systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
