Job Summary

As Teladoc Health continues to increase its global reach and expand our ability to provide virtual care across the world, we are growing our Care Coordinator team across Asia region. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for patient communication, case assignment and follow-up, doctor assistance and other customer service functions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Answer client and patient calls in a professional manner;
  • Assign cases to physicians;
  • Follow up on customer needs to improve service satisfaction;
  • Conduct trainings for clients and call center agents;
  • Make care arrangements such as with hospitals/doctors;
  • Help communicate with relevant institutions to obtain necessary medical materials and data;
  • Help communicate with different accounts to support account management;
  • Administrative support

Skills and Background Requirements

  • Prior working experience in a customer service/customer care function in healthcare, insurance, or medical facilities industry preferred;
  • Good communication and people skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as our customers;
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with computer and Microsoft Office;
  • Fast learner, good team worker, good patience, high sense of responsibility.

Work arrangement:

  • Long-term part-time position, defined as employment lasting more than 1 year
  • Part-time work arrangement, 4 hours a shift daily (either 9.00am-1.00pm, 10.00am-2.00pm, 2.00pm-6.00pm, 3.00pm-7.00pm, 4.00pm-8.00pm, 5.00pm-9.00pm, local time). There is potential for increased hours depending on workload.
