Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience or understanding of the multifinance industry is required
  • Familiarity with business process tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using or understanding the Multifinance Core Systems (Such as CONFINS) is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and teaching skills with a genuine passion for knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire participants with diverse learning styles
