Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
- Experience or understanding of the multifinance industry is required
- Familiarity with business process tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using or understanding the Multifinance Core Systems (Such as CONFINS) is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and teaching skills with a genuine passion for knowledge sharing
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire participants with diverse learning styles
