Business Process Officer (SOP Development)

Responsibilities

Develop SOPs by analyzing and understanding business processes across all units, identifying areas for improvement, assessing risks and internal controls, supporting the review of procedures within their authority, and regularly managing the SOP database to ensure all required clauses are fulfilled according to the business scope while acting as a controller for SOP management in the company and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering or other related field.

- ⁠Have minimum 3 years work experiences in Internal Control, SOP development or a similar role.

- Proven experience in SOP development and implementation is a must.

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and risk management.

- ⁠Good analytical skills, strong communication, and able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

- ⁠Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang.
