We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Business Process Officer in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse data, SOPs and workflow to identify trends and patterns, and use that information to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes and systems are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
- Provide support and guidance to other departments within the agency as needed
- Assist Business Process Manager to Develop and implement business processes and systems to support the agency's operations
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good English proficiency both verbal and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and time management
- Shipping agency experience is a plus
