  • Managing relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs).
  • Implementing technical online promotion programs and optimizing content on the website and OTAs to enhance the user experience.
  • Investigating and promptly reporting any technical issues related to hotels and/or OTAs.
  • Keeping the "Room Availability" document and other task-related documents up to date.
  • Managing and updating content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTAs.
  • Registering new hotels in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA channels.
  • Preparing master contracts for B2B partners and issuing the contracts.
  • Collaborating with the Connectivity Team and eCommerce Team at the Head Office to ensure accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.
