Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage projects by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams; assessing risks and their impact to business; maximizing ROI; ensuring project delivery against defined goals; and productive hand-over to sustaining
- Act as the main interface on respective project topic
- Plan, launch, monitor, control and close proof-of-concept, pilot and roll-out projects according to PRIMA and GCM systematics
- Foster approval of all gate releases (including documentation, presentation, justification, etc.)
- Be the key communication interface on respective project topics to Segment and Divisions
- Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure productive transition of projects to high volume manufacturing
- Assess and manage project constraints/ risks and ensure project plans are implemented on schedule, within budget and within scope.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, with >5 years experience in Manufacturing Process / Package Development / Industrial Engineering in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- >5 years leading teams in planning and implementing projects using Agile/ SCRUM/ other project management methodologies
- Good aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding
- Reliable project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation
- Understanding of Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly & Test
- Ability to lead teams to define and solve issues effectively
- Good interpersonal skills for effective exchange and follow up with partners at multiple sites
- Project Management Professional Training and Certification preferred
- Good proficiency in English & communication skills.
