  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

1. Accountable in managing and developing existing and/or new customer accounts in Indonesia

2. Responsible for creating new businesses, formulating strategic partnerships with end customers through proactive engagements

3. A “Hunter” who is constantly prospecting, identifying new business opportunities and targeting new potential customers

4. Able to develop a project pipeline, present its business case, execute, and achieve departmental KPIs

5. To collaborate closely with the Design team

6. Expected to be independent, yet able to work well in a dynamic team, self-motivated, result-oriented and driven

7. Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

Requirement:

* Degree or min. Diploma in a relevant discipline

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Construction Industry with Interior Design backgrounds preferred.

* Strong understanding of office interior design trends, space planning, and workplace solutions.

* Proficiency in database application, presentation, and report writing.

* Able to speak other languages is an added advantage.

* Diligent, self-motivated and a team player.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
