Resvara Indonesia is an outsourcing company. This role will be placed in our client which is forex company at Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities

This role will handle customer support, managing customer data by accurately inputting and updating customer records in the system, processing transactions, administrative tasks related to customer accounts, transactions, and trading inquiries.

*note: you WILL NOT be involved in company's sales, only support customer in the back office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum D3
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Familiarity with Forex platforms or financial systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication using english (written and verbal) will be prioritized.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with dashboard/CRM.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work shifting 24 hours at Yogyakarta (wfo)

*Shifting schedule:

Shift 1: 7.00-15.00 WIB

Shift 2: 11.00-19.00 WIB

Shift 3: 17.00-01.00 WIB

SHift 4: 19.00-03.00 WIB
