What do we expect from you?

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling; targeting the Large Enterprise market in the Indonesia market.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to map new prospect organizations to identify the targeted buyers, decision-makers, and key influencers within prospects’ organizations.
  • Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) system to effectively track and report prospecting activity on your pipeline.
  • Analyze new prospect’s business needs through research and information-gathering calls.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with an Account Executive team to generate qualified opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Build a pipeline by learning to identify qualified leads effectively, communicate the Yellow.ai value proposition, and route opportunities properly to the direct sales team.

You’re a great fit if you already meet the following prerequisites.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development targeting Large Enterprises is required.
  • Previous experience in outbound lead generation/prospecting preferably in the B2B SaaS industry in the SEA region is a must; preferably in Indonesia.
  • Should be a resident of Indonesia and a native Bahasa speaker
  • Excellent communication skills – outgoing, personable, and energetic.
  • Ability to build a rapport with prospects over the phone, via email, or video.
  • Must be a competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated individual with a hunger to succeed.
  • Ability to achieve monthly productivity goals.
