Job Description :

  1. Lead the development and execution of the annual sales work plan and forecast, guiding the team in identifying, researching, and targeting prospective students
  2. Oversee the creation and implementation of sales strategies that align with the school’s business objectives, ensuring team execution and tracking results to meet enrollment targets.
  3. Supervise and manage multi-channel sales campaigns, including exploring scholarship opportunities, to enhance brand visibility and attract new students
  4. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective parents/students, while identifying strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Monitor sales metrics, event performance, and market trends, delivering regular insights and reports to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education, banking, or hotel.
  2. Strong ability to develop and manage comprehensive sales work plans and annual forecasts.
  3. Hands-on experience in designing and executing multi-channel sales strategies
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current consumers. Experience in identifying and capitalizing on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  5. Proficient in tracking and analyzing sales metrics, event performance, and market trends.
  6. Ability to proactively generate actionable insights and provide detailed reports to refine and improve future sales and marketing strategies.
  7. Ability to mentor, coach, and lead a sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance targets, while fostering a goal-oriented environment.
  8. Full proficiency in English
