Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

The Health Sales Strategy Lead will develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the health insurance sector by analyzing market trends, managing the sales team, building client relationships, and collaborating with other departments. They will also prepare sales reports, provide training programs, monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify innovative sales techniques.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
