- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the commodities and forex industry.
- Handle day-to-day operations and implementation of strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
- Provide expert guidance on leverage, initial margins, maintenance margins, and market-to-market procedures, helping clients manage their risk effectively.
- Supervise the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales team members.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and forecasts for Sales Director.
