SCOPE OF ROLE:

The FM Supervisor/Senior Technician is responsible for FM team coordination on leading the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Civil, Plumbing & Sanitary department to manage all preventive/corrective maintenance and improvement works to ensure that all the PPG outlet facilities and equipment are in an immaculate condition with minimum disruption to the operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key area: -

  1. Operation of all M&E equipment of building and grounds.
  2. Preventive Maintenance program
  3. Outsourced Maintenance Service and PM contracts
  4. Fire Life Safety
  5. Energy and utility management
  6. Human resources
  7. Guest relation
  8. Property management
  9. Budgeting/CAPEX &Cost control
  10. Training
  11. Inventory/Spare parts and Tools control
  12. Minor Improvement program
  13. Environmental Management, making ISO14001 standard as reference.
  14. Work Safety, making OSHA 18001standard as reference.
  15. Task force duty
