As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineering team, design team and other stakeholders to define product strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, execute on delivering impactful and delightful experiences for customers

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with business owner to determine business need and assess competitors
  2. Create high level requirement and define MVP, identify potential trade off to existing roadmap
  3. Conduct discussion with stakeholders to share concept and receive feedback about the upcoming initiative
  4. Create user story, user acceptance criteria, and finalize Product Requirement Document (PRD)
  5. Work together with product designers to finalize flows, wireframes, and high fidelity designs
  6. Communicate PRD to squad and get involved in all scrum events
  7. Coordinate with respective teams regarding product launch
  8. Manage testing in production to detect issues and communicate necessary fixes to squad
  9. Track product metrics to monitor OKR
  10. Gather feedback to further improve the product

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or related industries
  3. Previous experience working in a startup or dynamic high-growth company a plus
  4. Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and the product development process
  5. Experience in agile scrum method, business and market analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  6. Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and a data-oriented mindset; able to rely on data to understand various happenings and define & measure success on every project
  8. High sense of empathy, able to slow down enough to listen and observe, humble enough to learn and change, bold enough to say no
