Job description and key responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with enterprise customers and ensure that we identify and address their needs.
  • Help enterprise customers have good understanding on our product suite and facilitate in adoption.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Merchant Operations team to ensure smooth operations and relationship with enterprise customers.
  • Facilitate periodic reviews with customers, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussions.
  • Mediate between clients and internal.
  • Showing empathy and provide calm responses to our customers to win their confidence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Graduate majoring in: Engineering, Finance / Accounting, Computer science/IT
  • Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • A self-starter with minimum 1 year of working experience in customer relationships building (fintech experience is preferable)
  • Ability to create documentation such as: Knowledge Base, FAQ, SOPs, and Reporting
  • Has a good eye for detail, able to maintain accuracy
  • Should be dynamic, agile and analytical
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
