Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • You will work directly with Business Leaders to develop HR strategy that supports the organization growth, performance, aligned with business goals and company long term strategy.
  • You will formulate partnerships across the Business Centers to deliver value added HR services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization such as executing the talent management, developing HR initiatives and programs, recruitment, employee behaviors and compliance, total rewards and performance, Employee & Industrial Relation while maintaining most efficient and cost effective admin and service deliveries with highest standards of Employee Experience and Engagement.

Primary Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resource or business administration, or equivalent
  • You have at least 6 to 8 years HR management experience (Business Partnering, HR service, CoE, Industrial Relations ) with minimum 3 years at Manager level
  • You have good knowledge in Indonesia Labour Law and local labor related laws and regulations
  • You have broad understanding of the technical and functional components of HR
  • You have good business knowledge and analytical skills, includes value added perspective, financial awareness, and cost control, etc.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, great organization, planning and time management skills.
  • You have good command of oral and written English communication skills
  • You are proactive & self-driven
