Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS industry. Fresh Graduate Welcome.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the partnership lifecycle, from identification to negotiation and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities through research and market insights.
- Negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
