Partner with the best

You will liaise with our client's Drilling Engineer for all cementing related concerns. Prepare cement programs and effectually follow cementing operations.

As a Cementing Engineer, you will be responsible for:


  • Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.
  • Preparing cement programs and discussing the program with our client’s Drilling Engineers. Planning future wells and performing surveillance on active cementing operations.
  • Preparing logistics for cementing, ensuring all chemicals, blends, and equipment are available on the rig.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the job cycle across organizational boundaries.
  • Adhering to client’s process for Management of Change / escalation to ensure proper process is followed when at risk of not achieving objectives.
  • Ensuring invoices are in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent.
  • Have significant experience in cementing and downhole tools service.
  • Be conversant with applicable software for cement job simulation and planning.
  • Possess familiarity with cementing additives and their functions.
  • Have good communication skills, including intercultural skills, to participate in technical meetings with stakeholders.
  • Be fluent in verbal and written English and have good reporting skills
