Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents, investor communications, and presentation materials.
- Prepare investment reports, memos, and financial summaries as needed.
- Assist in investor relations by scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and maintaining CRM records.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to support transaction execution.
- Organize and manage internal and external meetings, including follow-ups and action tracking.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly by liaising with portfolio companies, investment partners, and internal departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an investment firm, financial services, or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial and investment terminology.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
