Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents, investor communications, and presentation materials.
  • Prepare investment reports, memos, and financial summaries as needed.
  • Assist in investor relations by scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to support transaction execution.
  • Organize and manage internal and external meetings, including follow-ups and action tracking.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly by liaising with portfolio companies, investment partners, and internal departments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an investment firm, financial services, or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial and investment terminology.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
