Responsibilities

  • Own the TPV, Revenue, and gross Profit target cascaded down from respective AM Industry Lead
  • Manage the effectiveness and efficiency of the handover & transition process from BD/Industry Lead
  • Grow the transactions from Customers by providing high-quality services & support
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Customers to enable growth and avoid churn
  • Build the mutual benefits synergy across Customers with grow together concept
  • Comprehend all products and solutions (via online & offline channels) from business and technical points of view, and able to define the customer business pain points and requirements.
  • Creating solutions for customer' needs, analyzing and make the proposal properly in collaboration with the Integration team and other relevant functions;
  • Identify and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunity/lead pipeline;
  • Manage opportunity/lead pipeline integrity in the system (e.g. Hubspot) accurately;
  • Ensure the adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and implementation of risks mitigation measures for each deal;
  • Develop team’s skill and capability in the area of Account Management;
  • Continuously optimize/reduce the Account Management cycle lead time with a collaboration with other teams/functions;
  • Manage Weekly Plan and provide feedback from Monthly Plan based on opportunity/lead pipeline, target TPV, revenue, and gross profit;
  • Prepare all documents needed to close deals appropriately, such as NDA, BI report / approval, Know Your Business (KYB) etc.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 year experience (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
  • Fluent in English is a plus point
  • Able to create a presentation
  • Able to create end to end flow for client use cases, define partner pain points
  • Able to gather information through online-offline meetings or communications regarding partner pain points
  • Able to communicate clients expectations on product feedback or request to internal
  • Able to operate basic excel formula
