We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team for a new Combined Cycle Power Plant project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the project, ensuring it meets all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

This position will be based in Jakarta, however frequent travel to project location, especially during the construction stage will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the project.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, chemical, electrical, or civil.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in the power sector as IPP, EPC, or engineering consultant. Experience with combined cycle power plant projects is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
  • Certifications: Project management certification (PMP) is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. English proficiency at professional level is mandatory.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the project meet the required standards and specifications.
