  • Execute operational initiatives to boost traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose new campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to meet business goals.

Analytic and Data Monitoring

  • Make data-driven decisions by monitoring and analyzing the data closely
  • Conduct market research to collect qualitative and quantitative data to generate impactful business insights to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, enabling effective cross-team collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience in e-commerce digital goods operations is preferred; backgrounds in tech platforms or digital marketing are also welcome.
