We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join Brand: Dapur Cokelat Indonesia. This role involves maintaining and tracking online sales across third-party platforms, analyzing sales data and campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and sales strategies, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and track online sales performance across ecommerce platforms, including presenting regular reports to stakeholders
• Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Ensure proper setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns, promotions, and in-app ads across all ecommerce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, and product) to identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the online ecommerce space.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to develop innovative online business initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute effective online campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
• Stay updated with the latest sales principles, digital marketing trends, and ecommerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years experience in online sales either food delivery and ecommerce platforms. F&B experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using online sales and analytics tools.
• Understanding of promotions, in-app advertising strategies and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
