Role: Digital Planner Intern

Job Description (Summary):

• Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, audience insights to inform strategy development.

• Weekly active analyze competitor content strategies to identify opportunities and new idea.

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to keep updated and make sure the trend implemented.

• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals to achive KPI.

• Suggest and implement strategies to improve project performance based on KPI analysis.

• Work closely with content & creative teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns across social media, digital advertising, and other online platforms.

• Collaborate with content team to ensure that all social media content aligns with the strategic goals and brand voice.

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly monitor, analyze on the effectiveness of social media, digital campaigns, also providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Present detailed KPI reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

• Decide and proposed budget for campaign such as rate brand ambassador, KOL, productions.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and drive campaign success.

• Monitor progress and ensure that the project KPI is on track.

Requirements (Summary):

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication or related field

• ⁠Skill : analytical, ⁠problem solving, ⁠curiosity, creative thinker, strategic mindset, detail-oriented

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Able to work under pressure and deadlines

• Familiar in managing social media

• Able to work onsite in GADING SERPONG, TANGERANG
