Jobsdesk & Responsibilities
• Provide admin & sales support: coordinate samples, manage resources, and handle inquiries.
• Organize meetings, manage documents, and track reports (attendance, expenses).
• Book travel, monitor petty cash, and assist with expense coding.
• Onboard new employees and arrange courier services/invoices.
• Support sales forecasting, stock planning, and performance analysis.
• Track distributor POs, stock levels, and delivery status.
• Assist in sales incentive calculations and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Maintain accurate files (both electronic and physical).
• Provide support for Xero and Peakflo apps.
