As a Marketing Partner, you will be in charge to develop specific marketing plans for products or therapeutic areas within the organization. Interprets and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications. Conducts and manages primary and secondary market research projects, including labeling and advertising. Analyzes data and makes strategic recommendations. Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches. Recommends pricing strategies, and monitors budget and expenditures. Ensures product placement and development corresponds to market needs. May develop short and long-range strategies for product expansion. Represents marketing group on cross-functional team interfacing with product development, production and manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines. May organize global marketing training for products.

The Opportunity

• You should understand patient journey, patient experience, customer journey and customer experience related to assigned product(s) as well as keep updated on market situation, competitor trends and new clinical/scientific data to support in the development of marketing strategy and activities. You should also create and iteratively improve the ICE Plan and 90 days plan together with other members of the same squad based on customer experience & market insights for allocated/assigned products.

• You should develop assigned products, launch readiness strategy & planning and derive the most effective go-to-market models/strategy for each product within the portfolio, in order to drive sales and profitability. Develop, evaluate and refine product promotional and marketing messages that are patient-centric and in line with global positioning & messaging guideline

• You should develop marketing tools, such as product brochures, detailing aids, posters, patient educational materials, etc. in multi-channel formats to support the communication plan of the team of assigned product(s) to relevant stakeholders, aligned with overall product strategy. Besides that, you should define and own multi-channel engagement and communication, understand PnL of assigned product(s)

• You should develop product(s) annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting and budgeting for the assigned products, aligning with organization product portfolio prioritization as well as create effective pricing proposals and patient access program strategy together with Access Strategy Partner.

• The role involves driving execution excellence within the respective TA squad, ensuring accountability for all tasks. It requires upholding the company's image by ensuring that all promotional and scientific materials comply with Roche's standards and the IFPMA Code of Marketing Practices. Additionally, the position entails evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing plan implementation and its outcomes.

• You should understand the customers and define strategies for customer segmentation and profiling as well as maintaining strong engagement with customers, collaborating with them to co-create solutions that address both customer and patient needs.

• The role focuses on achieving the financial objectives of the assigned product(s), including meeting EDP targets and managing the PPMAC spending budget. It also involves driving market share growth for these products and continuously seeking new business opportunities. Additionally, the position requires fully exploring emerging opportunities by challenging and negotiating with team members to maximize potential.

Who you are

• You should have experiences in product life-cycle management, product positioning, customer segmentation & profiling as well as proven track & expertise of driving business

• You should have knowledge of/experience in cross-channel customer engagement and being able to build, roll-out and feed cross-channel tactics as part of a Value Proposition

• You should have In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industry and In-depth understanding of the Indonesia healthcare system and the role of multiple stakeholders within this

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct and other relevant standards and guidelines is also important
