Bali Bumi Real Estate is a leading agency specializing in the sale and lease of land and villa off- plan in West Bali and Nusa Penida. We are committed to providing exceptional service and helping clients find their ideal properties. With a rapidly expanding portfolio and a strong market presence, we are looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Medewi, Jembrana.
2/ Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales Development: Identify potential clients interested in real estate investments in Medewi and the surrounding regions of Jembrana, Bali. Use various channels to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with relevant property options.
- Property Presentations: Conduct virtual and in-person property viewings, providing clients with detailed information about the properties, the market, and potential investments.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals: Assist in negotiating deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process and achieving sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, providing feedback to the management team on market trends and client preferences.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Jembrana region and beyond.
- Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with senior sales executives and other departments to ensure that all client needs are met and projects are successfully completed.
3/ Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in real estate or a customer-facing role. Experience in the Bali real estate market is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and handle negotiations professionally.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software; knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve sales goals.
