- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Business Management or Marketing (preferably)
- Have a relevant certifications are a plus, such as (Fiber Optic Certifications (FOA), Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT Certifications (Cisco IoT, Microsoft)
- At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in:
- Selling telecommunication products and services (Fiber Optic/IT/IoT)
- Managing corporate accounts, including banking, fintech, manufacturing, property, or government sectors.
- Proven experience in selling complex technology solutions such as:
- Dedicated Internet, cloud computing, managed services.
- IoT solutions for industries such as logistics, agriculture, or transportation
- Strong understanding of (Fiber Optic technologies: GPON, WDM, SDH)
- Skilled in preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and conducting negotiations.
- Experienced in using Ms. Office
- Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
- Willing to travel for client visits and business trips.
- Preferably owns a personal vehicle with an active driver’s license
