The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, and operational activities across multiple centers within the organization. This role involves managing center managers, ensuring that all centers meet their financial targets, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, and operate efficiently and effectively in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the operational efficiency and sales performance across all centers.

• Collaborate with senior management to align the regional sales and operations strategies with the overall company objectives.

Operations Management

• Monitor the performance of multiple centers, ensuring each operates optimally and adheres to company standards and procedures.

• Provide guidance and support to Center Managers to ensure they meet the business goals and manage daily operations effectively.

• Ensure all centers comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Sales and Marketing

• Oversee sales targets and performance across centers, ensuring each center meets or exceeds set benchmarks.

• Direct the implementation of sales and marketing activities across the centers to increase customer base and maintain customer relations.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as necessary.

Performance Management

• Evaluate center performance through regular reports from Center Managers on sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.

• Identify areas for improvement and initiate corrective actions to enhance performance across centers.

• Ensure effective resource allocation and operational scalability across multiple locations.

Customer Service Excellence

• Uphold high standards of customer service across all centers and ensure consistent quality of customer interactions.

• Oversee the handling of customer issues and ensure timely resolution of complaints across all centers.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management

• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure all centers are adequately stocked and inventory levels are maintained.

• Standardize inventory management procedures across centers to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, motivate, and provide direction to Center Managers and their teams to achieve excellent performance and career growth.

• Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and team cohesion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management and the successful implementation of operational improvements and strategies.

• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding teams toward achieving organizational goals.

• In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to business operations, especially within the education sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions based on data analysis.
