  • Training Needs Analysis and Planning
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement an annual training plan tailored to organisational and individual development requirements.
  • Programme Design and Delivery
  • Design, curate, and deliver engaging training programmes, including onboarding, orientation, and core skills training.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and resource speakers where appropriate.
  • Continuous Learning and Development
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning across the organisation by facilitating development opportunities for all staff levels.
  • Support talent management initiatives, ensuring high-potential employees are nurtured through targeted development programmes.
  • Effectiveness Measurement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using key performance indicators and feedback mechanisms.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights to inform future training strategies and interventions.
  • Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and organisational strategies.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
