Job Description

  • Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage end to end recruitment process
  • Business partnering: Support HRBP to build trusted relationship with employee/managers, help with talent management, performance management, and organization design
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Track employee engagement trends through surveys, pulse checks, and data analysis and design and implement engagement programs that promote a positive work culture.
  • Internal Communication Strategy: Develop and manage internal communication plans to ensure employees stay informed and engaged.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives: Participate in HR-related projects and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the overall business goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a recognized university (any major)
  • 3-6 years of related working experience especially in recruitment
  • Passionate about people, culture, and service
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives, with strong organizational and execution skills
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation
  • Good communication in Bahasa and English
