Job Description:

  • Serves as an expert in analyzing, testing, and developing new or updated formulas that require a comprehensive understanding of chemistry, product lines, and materials; leads small project teams and determines quality standards.
  • Conduct design of experiments to gain a deep understanding of coatings and resins products and base formulations to develop novel coatings
  • Develop and understanding of technical challenges and provide solutions to overcome problems.
  • Collaboratively work with the other technical teams to design, plan, and conduct projects developing and improving new paint systems.
  • Develop and understanding of technical challenges and provide solutions to overcome problems.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in R&D in a similar industry of performance coating/industrial coating
  • well understanding of product knowledge of performance coating/industrial coating/resin-based flooring
  • including know-how on the materials used, developing the product, and its product-applied performance
  • manufacturing process and product quality complaint handling
  • excellent communication skills, Proactive, have good leadership, fast response
  • have good attitude
