- Prepare material surfaces before welding, including cleaning, cutting, and aligning components.
- Utilize different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, SMAW, and FCAW as needed.
- Inspect and ensure welding quality meets established standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and ensure tools are in optimal condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Coordinate with the production team and supervisors regarding schedules and work requirements.
- Document and report work results and any potential issues to the supervisor.

- Assist the production team with other tasks as needed.
- Participate in additional training to enhance technical and safety skills.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure materials are stored properly.

Required
- Minimum high school diploma (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing welding.
- Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME, or ISO 9606) is preferred.
- Understanding of various welding methods and their applications on different materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High awareness of workplace safety.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with other teams.
- Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving.
