Proven experience with managing devices, user accounts, and identity platforms like JumpCloud, Active Directory or Azure AD.

Experience with networking technologies such as Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, or similar.

Hands-on experience with implementing or maintaining ISO 27001 compliance.

Knowledge of IAM, SO, and MFA solutions.

CCNA or higher (CCNP highly valued)

Relevant certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification would be a plus.
